The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) made history on December 3, 2024, by inducting 681 Associates at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Baze University, Abuja. This unprecedented milestone underscores NIESVโs growing influence and commitment to professional development in Nigeria’s real estate sector. Themed โDeveloping Skills for Professional Excellence,โ the event was attended by dignitaries from various sectors, underscoring its national significance.
In his opening remarks, NIESV President, ESV Victor A. Alonge, PNIVS, lauded the inductees for their hard work and commitment to excellence. He urged them to prioritize ethical standards, discipline, and skill acquisition to excel in the evolving real estate landscape. Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, FCIB, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance, and Other Financial Institutions, presided over the ceremony. Mr. Emmanuel Efe Emefienim, Managing Director of Premium Trust Bank, delivered the keynote address, focusing on the theme of the event.
