REDAN Building Expo 2020 has opened in Abuja. This is the forth edition.
The expo is designed to expose new trends in the real estate sector to members of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
The theme of the two-day event is “Consolidating the Ease of Doing Business in the Real Estate Industry”.
Addressing guests at the opening ceremony, REDAN President Mr Ugochukwu Chime said the theme was chosen to “drum home to critical stakeholders the fact that if the climate for doing business is amenable, there will be upsurge in the rate of real estate development which will thence spur activities in the other sectors of the economy and it will clear the path for prosperity for the steady development of the economy in all facets.”
High-point was presentation of certificates to the developers who have shown commitment and integrity in their work.
Chime who is outgoing president of REDAN said REDAN has instituted Estate Endorsement programme as a way of enhancing quality of job, sanity and building public confidence in estate developers.
