Abuja – September 7 – Viewpoint Housing News – The Chairman of the National Assembly Ad-Hoc Committee on Non-remittance and Utilization of the National Housing Fund, Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos on Monday expressed satisfaction with the efforts of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) in providing decent, quality, and affordable housing for low and medium-income Nigerians.
Hon. Bagos made this statement after inspecting some of the bank’s completed and ongoing projects in Abuja.
Leading a delegation of the committee, along with the bank’s management, to project sites in the Kuje and Life Camp areas of the FCT, he expressed his delight in seeing that funds contributed by Nigerians were being used as intended.
“The purpose of this inspection was to ensure that the National Housing Fund’s resources are being used by the FMBN for their intended purpose, he said.
“Seeing that the funds are indeed being used for their intended purpose is highly commended”, Hon. Bogos added.
