A typical example of one of the good works of the present Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, under the administration of Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa, who is determined in completing all housing projects that were abandoned before resumption into office, is the Madvan Estate situated in Kubwa, Abuja.
The said project started nine years ago (2012) which was later abandoned but revisited in 2019 by the present FMBN administration.
Today we can confidently say that the 71- housing unit estate which comprises of 2-3 bedrooms, located beside Brick City along Zuba Expressway, has gotten to a progressive level of completion.
