The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria under the administration of the present Managing Director Arc. Ahmed M. Dangiwa, have successfully funded the construction of 9,136 housing units at the midpoint of 3,000 houses annually.
More than 9,000 houses have been constructed in 3years. The labor of the bank is aimed at creating a significant transformation harmonized with its goals in restructuring the long lasting problems in directions to structuring a better FMBN that will serve its subscribers to the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme.
We can say that this is a substantial development above the normal 817 housing units built yearly detailed from 1992 – April 2017 in a period of 25years.
