As sale of houses at reduced prices by Efab Properties Ltd enters third week, prospective buyers have been called upon to take advantage of the promo window and become homeowners.
Efab Properties Ltd is offering the general public houses at between 20 and 50 percent discount.
In what it termed Sales Bonanza, Efab Properties Ltd is selling houses at reduced cost in its estates in Abuja (Federal Capital Territory), Asaba (Delta State) and Awka (Anambra State).
Abuja houses for sale this bonanza period are in Efab Metropolis Carasana, Efab Queens Carasana, Efab Verizon Carasana, Efab Estate Lokogoma, Efab Estate Kyami and Efab Global Mbora.
The promo which started on first June ends on 30th August, 2019.
Speaking with Viewpoint Housing News in Abuja, the General Manager Efab Properties Ltd, Mr Segun Adeleke said this year’s bonanza complements last year’s.
“Last year’s bonanza was a success. That’s the reason for repeating it,” he stated.
According to him, the promo gives opportunity to people who want to buy houses to do so with less difficulties.
