A REAL estate firm, GText Homes, has unveiled its plans to build 25,000 green and smart homes between now and 2035.
Aimed at reducing the housing deficit in the country, the GText kicked off N10 billion low-cost housing project to assist low-income earners to become home owners.
Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Akintayo said Jasper Gardenia Estate, their latest addition, is a green housing estate intentionally planned to reduce the effect of climate change.”Our goal is to build 25,000 green and smart homes. In five years, and we are launching five new estates in September,” he said.The Nation
