FMBN CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK, EMPHASIZES “CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ATTITUDE”

The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) marked the annual Customer Service Week from Tuesday 3rd to Friday 6th October 2023, with a strong message from the Managing Director and Chief Executive Mr. Madu Hamman. Declaring the event open, Mr. Hamman enjoined the staff of the bank to ensure continued delivery of premium service to customers. The FMBN boss noted that the bank as a service-oriented organization, joins the rest of the world in celebrating the Customer Service Week. “The FMBN provides very critical services in the housing and mortgage finance industry and must always be at its best in customer service delivery. To keep customers satisfied, the staff of the bank should not limit quality services to the Customer Service Week alone but utilize every moment to keep services top-notch all year round”, he added.  According to Hamman, Customer Service Week is not just a one-week affair, it should be a lifestyle.
