The Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, joined other housing stakeholders at the 2020 Housing Summit held in Abuja. In other to deliberate on the delivery of affordable housing to the citizens of the country.
Dangiwa outlined some of FMBN’s major achievements from the last three years to include growing NHF collection by an additional N186billion representing a historic increase of 80%; construction of 8,700 new homes; origination of about 5,000 mortgages; and provision of home renovation loans to over 56,000 beneficiaries.
He further stated, that the bank has added additional 570,000 contributors to the NHF scheme within the last three years along other achievements.
