As a follow up to our earlier story on FMBN: Ensuring the delivery of affordable housing, highlighting some of the strides made by Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa’s led executive leadership of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria [FMBN], marking its 4 years in office, here is an I Connect Estate located at Phase 6, Trans Ekuku Layout, beside new GRA in south eastern Enugu state. It comprises of a modern 4 bed-room beautifully designed detached bungalows.

This project was funded under the FMBN Cooperative Housing Development Loan [CHDL]. The housing estate is fitted with the basic infrastructures like roads, good drainage system, adequate water and electricity supply.

Work on the project commenced in 2019 and progressed to completion in record time. As at date, the houses are all fully subscribed by NHF contributors in the state and the FMBN has packaged NHF Mortgage loans with tenors of up to 30-years packaged for the beneficiaries at 6% interest rate.
