As well as the I Connect Estate in Enugu state, funded by the FMBN we brought to you last week, here is the LSDPC Millennium Estate, one of the several housing projects also funded by the FMBN in Ogun state. It’s a 72 Housing unit estate sited in Sagamu, Ogun state and comprises of 48 units of 2-bedroom terrace bungalows and 24 units of 3 bedroom detached bungalows, sold at N4.5M and N5M, respectively.

The housing estate is fitted with facilities including roads, proper drainage systems, water and electricity, funded under the FMBN Cooperative Housing Development Loan (CHDL) window.
Work on the project commenced in 2019 and progressed to completion in record time. As of today, the houses are all fully subscribed by NHF contributors in the state. FMBN has packaged NHF Mortgage loans with tenors of up to 30-years packaged for the beneficiaries at 6% interest rate.
