The special FMBN collaboration program with the NLC, Labor union, TUC AND NECA has completed its Akwa Ibom labor union worker’s estate. The estate is an 89-housing unit project that is located in Uyo which is the State capital at Afia-Nsit\Ikot Ntuen Community, off Abak Road.
The housing unit consist of 2-3 semidetached bungalows and blocks of flats of 1-3 bedrooms. The estate is a product of the National Affordable Housing Delivery Programme with its aim of designing, building and the delivering of affordable houses to subscribers of the NHF can own.
The FMBN NHF mortgage loans are available to recipients with duration of up to 30 years packed for receivers at 6% interest rate. The estate is fully equipped with the necessary facilities like good roads, good drainage system, portable water, electricity and friendly spaced.
