The Managing Director of the Federal Mortgage Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Madu Hamman has said that the bank is open to collaborating with the APDC to deliver on its projects.
He revealed this when the bank hosted the Abuja Property Development Company (APDC) Management Team, led by its Managing Director, Mr. Lawal Aliyu Magaji. This is part of the bank’s strategic stakeholder engagements drive to boost affordable housing supply.

The interactive meeting reviewed APDC’s business engagements with FMBN and explored additional ways of deepening the relationship further towards ensuring that more Nigerians have access to decent, affordable, and quality housing.
Mr. Hamman identified potential areas where APDC could increase its business relationship with FMBN, including leveraging the FMBN Cooperative Housing Development Loan window and the Bank’s ongoing drive to re-engineer and complete stalled housing projects.
