In continuation of our series of reporting the rent to own housing scheme by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria[FMBN], here is another housing estate in Kaduna containing 110 housing units that are available on a rent-to-own basis for contributors to the National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme. The estate also comprises of 3-bedroom bungalows at the rate of N6.5M.
This allows for an eligible contributor to the NHF scheme to move into an FMBN-owned housing property as a tenant and conveniently pay in monthly or annual instalments over periods for as 30 years at an interest rate of 7 percent,towards full ownership of the property ownership.
