Residents of Ogun State and contributors to the National Housing Fund (Scheme) could be a proud owner of one of the 42 units of houses at the FMBN estate that is located at Aeese Mabba Community, Km 35/40 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Abeokuta on a rent-to-own basis. The estate comprises 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units priced at N3.9M, N7.2M and N8.5M, respectively.
The FMBN Rent-to- own allows an eligible contributor to the NHF scheme to move into an FMBN-owned housing property as a tenant and conveniently pay towards ownership of the property. Payments could be made in monthly or annual instalments over periods as long as 30 years at an interest rate of 7 percent.
