The Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) has announced a significant leadership transition in its Road Research Department as Engr. Dr. Quadri H.A. officially takes over from Dr. C.C. Osadebe. The handover ceremony, held on February 28, 2025, at the National Laboratory Complex (NLC) in Ota, brought together key stakeholders, department heads, and colleagues to honor Dr. Osadebe’s contributions and welcome Dr. Quadri’s vision for the future.
