The Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) last week signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASQ Development and Training Services. The delegates from ASQ were received in the office of the Institute’s Director General, Samson Duna, at its Administrative Headquarters, Abuja.

Leader of the delegates, Mr. Akinlosotu Adebowale Blessing who is also the president of the National Youth Council, said that the MoU is to seal the collaboration between both parties in area of empowerment and training of youths on construction skills and various trades within the country.
He explained that the collaboration is not just between NBRRI and ASQ, but Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) which is part of it.
