Though, it has been more than a year that the corona virus pandemic hit the world, the globe is yet to get back to how the living condition was. Prior to the outbreak of the virus, it seems the virus has come to stay a little longer than many had expected.
Some countries are already exiting the second wave of lockdown. It did not only changed the landscape of how business activities were carried out but it opened the eyes of many in revisiting some of the previous concluded notions that businesses must be done in certain ways.
Impacts of the virus came with a shift in trend especially in the housing industry. It brought more opportunities and new knowledge’s of how to make use of domestic spaces at home that require less efforts to create.

Although, the lockdown tested our patience levels, yet it made us to understand more things about our homes and the environments, like paying more attention to the basics of healthy living.
It improved our focus on health and a good healthy state. It also highlighted the need to be prepared when an emergency like this present pandemic strikes unexpectedly.
The idea of owning a home has grown in importance, the outbreak of the virus and the accompanied lockdown highlighted more importance of owning a home as being a homeowner brings an opportunity of creating the best form of comfort for one’s household.

To buttress this point, we should understand the imperativeness to note that one of the places considered safe and secure in times of emergencies or troubled times is the home.
Today, tenants are looking forward to owning their homes that afford more security in terms of environment and comfort.
Those who are already developing new homes now understand the need to create extra spaces to curtail unforeseen future emergencies.
Many have come to understand how essential it is to get affordable homes that have the basic infrastructures in some remote areas and not just luxurious costly houses in cities.
Adhering to social distancing rules and avoiding crowded places have become one of the considering factors in settling for an accommodation. Tenants and intending homeowners now have a broader perception of where they choose to reside.
