Site: Where a site is located is a key factor to look out for when buying a property or renting. Community Facilities: when relocating to a new place or town, you have to be sure that the environment has most of the basic facilities of life in other to aid easy livelihood. This can be done by inquiring about the crime rate in that particular neighborhood.

The Flood Map Service Center shows information like flood zones, floodways, and the property’s risk level, which predicts how high flood water may rise. Each of those are factored into a property’s risk of flooding. You can locate your local flood map online through the FEMA Map Service Center or check with the local government office.

Flaking paints: are one of the major things potential patrons look out for when buying or renting a property, shedding paints signifies that either the property is either old or was not built with standard materials during the construction process.

Drinkable water: Safe and readily available water is important when looking for a property to rent or buy because water is very vital for public health, whether it is used for drinking, domestic use, food production or recreational purposes. You need to have an idea where the source of the water comes from and how well the water will keep flowing.

Electricity: Electricity is one of the most important blessings that science has given to mankind. It has also become a part of modern life and one cannot think of a world without it, so living in an apartment or an environment that doesn’t have electricity feels like living in hell. Electricity has many uses in our day to day activities. It is used for lighting rooms, working fans and domestic appliances like using electric stoves, A/C and more. All these provide comfort to people.

The government needs to assist by providing good roads, social amenities, portable water and the rest, with this the property will meet up for the market value.
