During the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held in Algiers from October 4th – 5th ,2023. Shelter Afrique unveiled one of its transformation processes by officially becoming ‘Shelter Afrique Development Bank’ after the approval at the AGM. This would provide expanded Financing capacity for their shareholders and continue to align with the international best standards of global DFIS. This is a welcome development to African countries for this milestone achievement that would provide affordable housing to Africa countries.
