The MD/CEO of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria [FMBN], Arch. Ahmed Dangiwa in Abuja last week, emphasized that staff of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission [ICPC] are eligible to take maximum advantage of the FMBN’s range of affordable housing products, since they are also contributors to the National Housing Fund [NHF] Scheme.
Dangiwa said the affordable housing products include the Cooperative Housing Development Loan, Rent to Own Scheme, Individual Construction, the NHF Mortgage Scheme, amongst others made in the best terms.
While expressing its commitment to work with the staff of ICPC in meeting their plans to provide decent and affordable housing for its members nationwide, the FMBN said this is in continuation of its initiative to encourage Cooperative Societies to take advantage of affordable housing offers on ground.
Also, the Executive Director, Business Development & Portfolio Management, Umar Dankane and Executive Director, Loans & Mortgages, Rahimatu Aminu-Aliyu further reiterated that FMBN will support the ICPC Cooperative Society, especially considering the important job that it does in fighting corruption while ensuring that staff own their homes and work with integrity.
