At least 51 people were injured in different locations in Japan after Typhoon Trami, which also forced the evacuation of thousands of citizens and caused power outages in about 300 houses.
The injured come from the prefectures of Okinawa and Kagoshima, battered by intense winds and showers of the natural phenomenon.
Authorities of the country suspended maritime, air and land transportation due to flood forecasts and landslides throughout the national territory.
The typhoon has maximum winds of 216 kilometers per hour and should weaken a little tomorrow, after crossing almost the entire Japanese archipelago.
Trami is the last of the natural phenomena that hit Japan, which in recent months suffered the impact of typhoons, earthquakes and a heat wave with the balance of many deaths, injuries and significant material losses.
