In respect to the Nigerian government initiated construction of the Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Development Institute (AMEDI) in Lafia, Nasarawa State, Governor Abdullahi Sule has issued a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for the permanent site of the institute, in order to facilitate a smooth take-off of the project.
Engineer Sule presented the C of O to the Executive Vice-Chairman of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), during the opening ceremony of the project in Lafia, the state capital yesterday.
While also donating a Hilux van as project inspection vehicle and in demonstration of the seriousness his administration with the project, the governor also waved every charge associated with the certificate to clear unforseen encumbrances.
