Chimamaka pearl Ahunam,a realtor that works at Auxilium Realties is an indigene of Ehime Mbano LGA of Imo state. In an interview with Viewpoint Housing Media reporter, she formally introduced Auxilium Realties and stated why the chairman decided to go into real estate, stating that his love and passion for the masses made him venture into the practice of real estate so that the provision and affordability of land can be easy for most intending house owners to own houses of their choice.
Viewpoint: Can you give us a brief introduction about your organization.
Ahunam: Auxilium realties is an Abuja based real estate company located at Wuye district. We basically deal on properties and sell lands at affordable rates.
Viewpoint: How long has Auxilium realties been in existence?
Ahunam: I can say we have been functional for some years now but not up to 5yrs

Viewpoint: How many housing units does the company have?
Ahunam: Basically we have land spaces for 350 square meters, we construct and provide the basic amenities and infrastructures to make the place habitable. we have our own building prototype, so if an individual develops interest on the square meters of land that you want, then we give you our own building plan.
Viewpoint: Where exactly are your locations?
Ahunam: Currently we have sites at Idu, Karasana, Dede, we should be opening our site at Guzampe, Asokoro and Kado soonest hopefully by next week.

Viewpoint: Does Auxilium realties partner with any mortgage bank?
Ahunam: We are looking forward to having a partnership with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigerian (FMBN) and I presume that it is on course, we are very much opened to mortgage purchases. We are very much open to partner with cooperatives, just like we have some on board already so we are looking to have more people/ organizations partner with us.
Viewpoint: Do you have a website that people can actually visit for more details on your properties?
Ahunam: Sure! www.auxiliumrealties.com is an active site.
Viewpoint: Do you have any promo sales at the moment?
Ahunam: Our Easter bonanza offers are still on but ending on the 30th of April 2021. In 25 months you can make a deposit of 100,000 naira to own a 350 square meter land in Abuja at Auxilium homes phase 2, IDU.
One thing beautiful about Auxilium is that we are trying to contribute to the provision of affordable housing in the country. When I talk about sustainable housing solution it comes from the love we have for the masses that is why we want to provide houses at cheaper rates and thereby giving you the opportunity to pay install-mentally.
Ahunam: I will like to commend my boss and founder of this company Mr. Andrew Edwards for his care and compassion for the masses by providing and trying to make lands cheap and affordable so as they can have houses of their own.
